Open Access Journals in Orthodontics


Lately I have been making a small survey of the available open access journals that are of orthodontic or similar interest. Open access stands for free access without any charge. In addition most of those websites have some kind of a forum, or comments enabled at the end of each article published. This way discussion is encouraged among readers and the editor.

Orthodontic Corner is in line with this openness and has made a list of those websites. This list is now one of the blog's pages and you can find it here

    Looks to be working smoothly, made a simple search of the term "orthodontics"

    Got an article from AngO among the first results about CBCT created digital casts compared with conventional digital casts: http://www.angle.org/doi/pdf/10.2319/083109-491.1

    I'll check it properly next time I'm searching for something more in particular, thank you for the comment, I'll add it at the end of the list.
